A backwards waver
We have been working on waving bye bye since Mommy went back to work, Martha, the nanny, always makes Thomas wave bye bye to Mommy when she leaves for work in the morning. So today he started waving the way he see it....and to everyone else, it's backwards. He thinks it's awful fun to do, and when you say "Bye Bye" he smiles and then waves to himself!
Duckies
I forgot to post these pics, last weekend it was so nice outside, we took Thomas for a trip down to the Duck Pond down the street from our house. There are a bunch of wild ducks, some white domestic ducks and even a huge goose!
He wasn't sure what to make of the duckies, he just knew they weren't anything like his rubber duckies! I can't wait until he can feed them!

Yummies
Let's see, we've had a lot of new tastes lately but nothing like ORANGES!! We bought these little mesh bag things to put fruit and veggies in and so we don't have to worry about Thomas choking. So the first thing we put in it is an orange. He loved it until he got a taste of the orange juice, and that caught him by surprise. So then today, he had not only an orange without the mesh bag, which he loved even more. But an Apple too! He's had an apple before, but not since he has had both teeth and can actually bite into it! I can't wait until he can actually eat all the foods that we eat! I think we are going to try a tomato in his mesh bag today, I'll keep you posted as to how that goes!
Oh yeah and that nice little line that is going down his forehead, yeah that's because Mommy wasn't quick enough to grab the chair that he was standing against and holding onto, and he smashed his head by pulling the chair into him! So Amy? Let's talk about who's the bad mommy!! I felt HORRIBLE!!! I think that is why it leaves a mark, to remind me over and over and over again for a few days that I am a bad mommy!! :) I also think that is why we can't remember back to this age, so that we can't hold anything like that against our parents! haha

Crib Standing....
Okay, so I was talking to my friend Amy in Michigan, her son, Connor, is two weeks to the day younger than Thomas, so they are hitting a lot of the same milestones at the same time. We sent Amy a mobile for Connor, a college football mobile, and she told me that the other day Connor stood up in the crib and basically ripped down the mobile and they had little college football teddy bear casualties all over the floor, I thought this was hysterical, because the follow pics are what we walk into when Thomas wakes up from a nap or in the middle of the night, and we took down his mobile a long time ago just for this reason!

Biscuits anyone?
We bought some "biter biscuits" for Thomas, and he had one for the first time the other day....man what a mess, but he loved it, so I thought I would post some of the pics of him making a mess...errr I mean enjoying his biscuit!

Hi Ho Silver.....Away!
This is Thomas' new pony, it sings a song to him and it neighs at him too, he is learning to ride and is doing a really good job, he hasn't fallen off once!
It's hard to believe he is almost 7 1/2 months and he is growing so fast. Before we know it he will be walking and really wanting to ride a pony! He'll have to settle for the local petting zoo!
One tooth deserves another....
Thomas now has his two bottom teeth and will show them off all the time! Here are just a couple of pics where you can actually see them really well!
This is his new pony that he got from my co-worker, Ray's daughter, Emma. She said she was to big for it and would like Thomas to have it....he is starting his own stable! Thanks Emma!!
More Christmas....
Since we didn't get to see Grandma S., Great Grandma, Ashely, Aunt Tami or Uncle Dean on Christmas day we went and spent a day with them to celebrate Christmas. He got all kinds of new stuff, a train and a pony and some clothes, he just made out again!! It's tough being cute I'll tell you!
This is Thomas' new pony that Grandma S. gave him, he just adores it!
Kicking it with Grandma and Great Grandma!
My cousin Ashley!
Check out my new camo jacket and hat....Thanks Aunt Tami and Uncle Dean!
